Tom Caldwell says of the Elysium White Table Lamp that the material and shape are the story: made of bone inlay, all hand-applied, this is a masterful creation. Affixing the random shapes of the pieces of bone to the telescoping shape of the lamp’s body requires a painstaking attention to detail from the artisans. The hardware and finial are in an antique brass finish to draw out the warmer tones in the bone, as does the oatmeal linen shade.
